Technical Problem Of Complex Geometry

Challenge:

For this projects, the geometry of the part is not complex, but extremely high tolerance. The previous supplier took 15 steps to make the prototype and the cost of it was twice as high as normal machined parts. Owing to our nice reputation, our client found us to take the project from mouth to mouth. We took 10 days to perfectly finish the project. Sometimes, challenges are not about the technology, but patient and craftsmanship.
