The Milled Brass Sink

Challenge:

The client required 50 sets of the milled brass sink. The client James Ryan has tried much time to look for a machining shop, but they failed to produce these parts and rejected him every time. It seems like an impossible project. James found Kachi and Kachi clarified the problem is that the sink is too thin and easy to distortion. In order to make it, our engineer tested for 5 days and made the 1st good sample and finish the parts before 5 days. We perfectly machined the parts which were what the exact specifications he wanted.
