Drawings Evaluation

Our engineers evaluate the feasibility of the customer’s supplied drawings with a really fast reaction. The drawings format like PDF, DWG, DXF, IGES, Solid Works, Master Cam are accepted. It may take 1-2 days.

Technologies Confirmation

Before producing the prototype, the technological discussion will be held between clients and Kachi. Engineers may propose any budget optimization and explain any issues with the drawings that may have an influence on the quality of the products.

Pre-production will be performed at this stage. The 2D drawings are transformed to be the 3D format for CNC machining. Several complex and high-precision parts will be selected to be produced. We adjust prototype according to your feedback until you approve the final prototype.
